Laurent Poinsot
Financial Communications
He advises companies on M&A operations, high-level financial transactions, debt restructuring, and defense against activists. He supports financial departments in their quarterly financial communication, Capital Market Days, and General Assemblies.
Previously, he spent 20 years as a financial analyst, participating in the IPOs of ASF, ADP, Gaz de France, and EDF. He then led the equity research team at Cheuvreux (Crédit Agricole Group) and later became a portfolio manager. Laurent Poinsot is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Paris and a member of the SFAF (French Society of Financial Analysts).
Since 2008, he has been teaching financial analysis in the Master 2 BIM program at Dauphine and has been involved in the “IR fundamentals” training program created by the Cli (French Investor Relations Association).
