François is an experienced HR consultant, and former HR director for Procter & Gamble North West Africa.
He held the position of HR director of regional business units (Europe, North Africa, EMEA) and then global supply chain HR director across 13000+ employees, 28 factories, 4 research centers. In his career, he has worked in divisions as diverse as Fabric and Home Care (Ariel, Tide, etc), Pharmaceuticals, Health, Beauty and Personal Care (Pantene, Gillette, Vicks, etc), as well as Papers (Pampers, Always).
François has a degree in Engineering (ESEO), an MBA (IEFSI – EDHEC group), and several international certifications in the HR consulting field. He is passionate about organization and individual capabilities.
